1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.

  3. Ship the return to:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

  • Recommended Carrier: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return packages.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item (within 3-5 business days).

  • Approved Refunds:

    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    • For store credit requests, a digital voucher will be emailed immediately.

5. Non-Returnable Items
