1. Eligibility for Returns

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
- Ship the return to:

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
- Recommended Carrier: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return packages.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item (within 3-5 business days).
